Changes and cancellation

I want to change my travel dates. Is that possible?

Yes, you can change your travel dates if your arrival date is not (yet) within 28 days from today. You can contact us for this. Depending on your new arrival or departure date, the rent of the booking remains the same or increases. If the amended booking turns out to be more expensive, you will pay the additional amount extra.

I want to cancel my reservation. How do I do that?

Please feel free to contact us. We can charge costs for cancellations, depending on the arrival date and the time of booking.

Reserve and pay

What payment options are there?

Payments can be made safely and easily from a direct bank account (SEPA), IDEAL or bank transfer via our IBAN account number.

Can I get deferred payment?

You can see which payment term applies to you in our general terms and conditions. We make no exceptions to this. No payment within the set payment term means cancellation of your reservation.

Why do you recommend cancellation insurance?

Something can always happen that requires you to cancel your stay/reservation in advance. Often these are unforeseen reasons with financial consequences. We recommend you take out your own continuous travel insurance. That softens the decision to cancel your stay with us.

Arrival, stay and departure

What time can I enter my holiday home?

You can use your holiday home at 16:00 on the day of arrival.

What time do I have to leave my holiday home?

You can use your holiday homes until 10:00 on the day of departure. We ask you to kindly leave. The key can be stored in the safe.

What is expected of me before I leave?

On the day of departure we ask you to leave the holiday home broom clean and to unload the dishwasher. You put bed linen and bath towels in the blue laundry bag in the hallway and take your rubbish to the waste containers.

Yes, please contact us for this.

Can I order bed linen for the baby bed?

Unfortunately it is not possible to order bed linen for a baby bed from us. You should provide your own bed linen.
