Changes and cancellations

If your arrival date is not (yet) within 28 days from today, you can still adjust your travel dates. You can contact us for this. The rent of the booking remains the same or becomes higher. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will pay the difference extra.

Please do not hesitate to contact us. Depending on the arrival date and the time of booking, we may charge a fee for cancellations.

The costs for cancellation are 30% of the total travel sum up to 28 days before arrival. Is the date of arrival within the next 28 days? Then you pay 100% of the total travel sum. Have you booked your stay 14 days or less ago and your arrival is not within 28 days? Then you do not pay any cancellation costs.

If at the time of cancellation the arrival date is not within 28 days, you are eligible for a (partial) refund. Based on how many days ago you booked, it is then determined how much of the travel sum you will get back:

  • If you cancel within 14 days after making your reservation, you will receive 100% of the travel sum back.
  • If you cancel later than 14 days after making your reservation, you will receive 70% of the travel sum back.

In case of cancellation of a reservation with an arrival date within 28 days, you are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. You then pay 100% of the travel sum.

Booking and payments

Payments can be made safely and easily from a direct bank account, IDEAL or from money received on the PayPal account.

In our general rental conditions you can see which payment term applies to you. We make no exceptions for this. If you do not pay within the set payment terms, then we unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

Something can always happen that will require you to cancel your stay in advance. That could be for a reason that you did not foresee. In many cases this has financial consequences. That is why it is always a good idea to take out cancellation insurance. So that you receive part or all of the travel sum back.

Arrival, stay and departure

You can use your accommodation until 10:00 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to leave. The key can be stored in the safe.

On your departure day, we ask you to leave the accommodation broom clean and to unload the dishwasher. In addition, to put the bed linen in the laundry bag in the hallway and to take your waste to the waste containers. Did you use the fireplace? Nice if you empty the ash pan in the rubbish bin (rather not use the vacuum cleaner for this).

All holiday homes have a charging station where two cars can be charged at the same time.
