For your reservation of a holiday home

When booking a holiday home

When you book a holiday home, we register as standard the information from you that is necessary to make the holiday available to you. The personal data is listed below. We offer the holiday homes for rent ourselves.

Booking details

Booking data is data about the holiday you have booked with us. This concerns the name of the holiday home, arrival date, departure date, first and last name of the main tenant, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth (of the main tenant), an explanation of the company (without processing names), the address, city, zip code, state, country, and principal tenant comments. In order to be able to arrange your booking, we register this information in our reservation system. We only use the date of birth to check whether the main tenant is actually 25 years or older.

Name and address details

We need the first name, last name, address and place of residence (name and address) of the tenant in order to be able to register the booking in our booking system and for registration in the mandatory night register, but also, for example, to be able to comply with the obligation to do tourist tax return. If we are unable to send certain items to you by e-mail, we will send this by post to the address provided by the tenant.

Phone number and email address

The tenant will receive the confirmation of the booking at the e-mail address provided by the tenant, as well as interesting information about the stay and the environment. If we have any questions shortly before your stay, we will call the tenant.

Date of birth

Bookings can only be made by persons older than 25 years. By specifying the date of birth of the tenant, we can check whether he is authorized to make a booking. We can verify your identity upon check-in. We do not make a copy of this.

Bank account number

Payment for your booking can be made via our secure payment environment or by bank transfer. A deposit and reservation costs will be charged for all holiday homes. We only register your bank account number for the refund of the deposit. We will and can never debit your account.
