Cookie Policy

This website uses functional and tracking cookies. We use this, among other things, to make this site function as well as possible and to analyze data so that we can improve your user experience.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small, simple text files that are placed on your computer’s hard drive when you visit a web page. These cookies can ensure that your website visit is optimized. For example, your preferences are remembered to only show you information that is of interest to you. Another advantage is that you don’t have to log in or enter the same information every time you visit a particular website.

Why do we inform you about the use of cookies?

On Tuesday 5 June 2012, the amended Telecommunications Act came into effect in the Netherlands. This means, among other things, that certain cookies may only be placed with the explicit consent of the internet user. That is why we let you know that our website uses cookies and the reason for doing so.

Google Analytics

Visitor statistics can also be tracked using cookies. We use Google Analytics to gain insight into visitor behavior on our website. Based on this data, we gain insight into the surfing and visiting behavior of our visitors and we can optimize our website for you where possible. The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address will not be provided.

Accept or reject cookies

You can decide for yourself whether to accept or reject cookies. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies. You have to reset this per browser and per computer. An explanation about changing the settings can be found in the “help function” of your browser:

  • Google Chrome (our personal favorite)
  • Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Please note that some features and services, on our and other websites, may not work properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
